How to manage product identifiers

Sometimes you will want to update the product identifier when attributes change, setting up a business rule to handel it can save time in the long run. To do so set up a rule with a "product is created or updated" trigger. Then set up an action that updates the product identifier. In this example the action that is used is the Copy value action copying the General.ID attribute to the Product identifier.
