Attributes
Attributes are one of the core concepts in the system and function as the building blocks of products, variants, categories and global lists
You can add or update attributes through Product model setup > Attributes.
Add a new attribute
Go to Product model setup > Attributes
Click "Create new attribute" on Attributes page
Set Alias, Backoffice name and Attribute type along with additional details.
Click "Save"
Copy attribute
Click "Copy"-icon
Set Alias and Backoffice name
Click "Copy attribute"
Edit attribute
Click "Edit"-icon
Modify the attribute details
Click "Save attribute"
Find attribute
Click coumn header for Name, Alias, Type or others
Type value to search for
Tip When searching in text it defaults to a "Contain" search. If exact match is required wrap the search text in quotes like "test to search for".
Searching in numeric values support less or greater than like <5 or >10.
Delete attribute
Click "Label"-icon to select an attribute
Click "Actions"-button
Click "Delete"
Confirm deletion
Add to categories
Click "Label"-icon to select an attribute
Click "Actions"-button
Click "Add to category"
Set "Editable on" and choose category/categories
Click "Select categories"
Bulk set attribute scope(s)
Select attribute(s)
Click "Actions"-button
Click "Set attribute scopes"
Set Attribute scope
Click "Set attribute scopes"
Bulk set attribute group
Select attribute(s)
Click "Actions"-button
Click "Set attribute group"
Set Attribute group
Click "Set attribute group"
Add to workbench
Select attribute(s)
Click "Actions"-button
Click "Add to workbench"
Select a workbench
Click "Confirm"
Translate Backoffice names
Show categories using attribute
Click the "Relation"-icon
