User group permissions

Manage PIM permissions for user groups.

You can add or update user settings through Settings > Security > Groups.

Permissions	Descriptions
Background Tasks	Toggle to allow users to view background task overviews.
Browse Collections	Enable to allow users to view available collections.
Manage Collections	Allow users to create, update, or delete collections.
Edit Dashboard	Permit users to modify their own dashboards.
Edit Shared Dashboard Tabs	Enable editing of shared dashboard tabs that the user did not create.
Manage Default Dashboard	Allow users to manage the default dashboard for new users.
Manage Saved Searches	Enable users to add or modify saved searches.
Share Dashboard	Permit users to share their dashboards with others.
Browse Data Suppliers	Enable users to view suppliers within the system.
Create Global List Values	Allow users to create new global list values.
Delete Global List Values	Enable the ability to delete existing list values.
Edit Global List Values	Permit users to modify list values.
Manage Global List Setups	Allow management of the setup and deletion of global lists.
View Global List Values	Enable users to view values within global lists.
Create Import Template	Allow users to create product import templates.
Export Data from PIM	Enable exporting product data to external files.
Import Products/Variants	Allow users to import products or variants from external files.
List Import Add	Allows users to add or update items during the list import process.
List Import Delete	Grants users the ability to delete items during list imports.
List Import Replace	Enables users to replace existing items during list imports.
Browse Catalogues	Allow users to browse the catalogues from the left-side menu.
Copy Category	Allows users to duplicate existing categories within the catalogues.
Create Category	Grants users the ability to create new categories in the catalogues.
Delete Category	Enables users to remove categories from the catalogues.
Edit Category	Allows users to make modifications to existing categories in the catalogues.

Move/Sort Categories	Allow users to move or sort entire categories.
Browse Attributes	Allows users to view the attributes that have been created in the system.
Manage Attribute Groups	Grants users the ability to create, update, and delete attribute groups.

Copy Products	Grants users the ability to copy products.

Comment Tasks	Allows users to comment on tasks within the system.

Archive Variant Groups	Gives users access to archive and unarchive variant groups.

Edit Variant Groups	Allows users overall access to edit variant groups within the system.
Archive Variants	Grants users access to archive and unarchive product variants in the system.

Manage Vendr Global Lists	Allows users to manage global lists created by Vendr. Typically reserved for super admins, this ensures that only authorized users modify these lists.
Discontinue Product	Grants users the ability to mark a product as discontinued within the workflow system.
