Workflow details

The details that define a workflow.

You can add or update workflows through Product model setup > Workflows.

Alias

A unique name for the workflow.

Label

The name of the workflow that will be used when displaying the workflow in the PIM.

Default state

The state new entities are assigned when created

Product assignments

The products that shall use the workflow

Variant assignments

The variants that shall use the workflow

Catalogue assignments

The catalogues that shall use the workflow

Variant group assignments

The variant groups that shall use the workflow
