User groups

Manage which languages, business units and dimensions users has access to through user groups

You can manage user groups through User Management > User groups.

View user groups

User groups are shown directly in the user group page.

Find user group

  1. Click column header for Name or others

  2. Type value to search for

Add a new user group

  1. Click "+ Create user group"

  2. Set Name and additional details

  3. Click "Save"

Edit user group

  1. Click "Edit"-icon

  2. Click "Save"

Copy user group

  1. Click "Copy user group"-icon

  2. Set Name

  3. Click "Copy user group"

Delete user group

  1. Click "Delete"-icon

  2. Confirm deletion

Bulk delete user groups

  1. Select the user groups you want to delete

  2. Click "Delete user groups"-icon

  3. Confirm deletion

Swap to grid view

Click "Grid"-icon or use the keyboard shortcut ctrl+shift+g

Swap to table view

Click "Table"-icon or use the keyboard shortcut ctrl+shift+h

Manage columns

  1. Click "Manage columns"-icon or use the keyboard shortcut ctrl+shift+c

  2. Manage columns

  3. Click "Update columns"
