User groups
Manage which languages, business units and dimensions users has access to through user groups
You can manage user groups through User Management > User groups.
View user groups
User groups are shown directly in the user group page.
Find user group
Click column header for Name or others
Type value to search for
Add a new user group
Click "+ Create user group"
Set Name and additional details
Click "Save"
Edit user group
Click "Edit"-icon
Edit user group details
Click "Save"
Copy user group
Click "Copy user group"-icon
Set Name
Click "Copy user group"
Delete user group
Click "Delete"-icon
Confirm deletion
Bulk delete user groups
Select the user groups you want to delete
Click "Delete user groups"-icon
Confirm deletion
Swap to grid view
Click "Grid"-icon or use the keyboard shortcut ctrl+shift+g
Swap to table view
Click "Table"-icon or use the keyboard shortcut ctrl+shift+h
Manage columns
Click "Manage columns"-icon or use the keyboard shortcut ctrl+shift+c
