Actions

Actions are executed if a business rule is triggered and its conditions are met.

You can add or update triggers through Settings > Data governance > Business rules > Actions.

Add a new action

1. Click "Add action"

2. Choose an action from the action list

3. Configure settings if required

4. Click "Confirm"

Edit action

1. Click "Edit"-icon

2. Modify action configuration

3. Click "Confirm"

Delete action

1. Click "Delete"-icon

Sort actions

1. Click and hold "Sort"-icon

2. Drag and drop to sort
