Roles
Manage roles and what users with specific roles have permission to do in the system
You can manage roles through User Management > Roles.
View roles
Roles are shown directly in the roles page.
Find user
Click column header for Name or others
Type value to search for
Add a new role
Click "+ Create role"
Set Name and Permissions
Click "Save"
Edit role
Click "Edit"-icon
Edit Name or Permissions
Click "Save"
Copy role
Click "Copy role"-icon
Set Name
Click "Copy role"
Delete role
Click "Delete"-icon
Confirm deletion
Bulk delete roles
Select the roles you want to delete
Click "Delete roles"-icon
Confirm deletion
Swap to grid view
Click "Grid"-icon or use the keyboard shortcut ctrl+shift+g
Swap to table view
Click "Table"-icon or use the keyboard shortcut ctrl+shift+h
Manage columns
Click "Manage columns"-icon or use the keyboard shortcut ctrl+shift+c
Manage columns
Click "Update columns"
