Workflow state transitions

Workflow state transitions define how a workflow state transitions

You can add or update workflow states through Settings > Data governance > Workflows > Workflow states > Workflow state transitions.

View workflow state transitions

Workflow state transitions can be viewed when editing or creating a workflow state.

Add a new workflow state transition

1. Click "+ Add"

2. Set Workflow state transition details

3. Click "Update transition"

Edit workflow state transition

1. Click "Edit"-icon

2. Set Workflow state transition details

3. Click "Update transition"

Delete workflow state transition

1. Click "Delete"-icon

2. Confirm deletion

Note: Remember to save the workflow after making changes to workflow state transitions. Otherwise changes made will not persist.
