Global lists

Global lists are used to create predefined lists of entities that can be referenced on products, variants, categories or even other global lists

You can add or update global lists through Settings > Data models > Global lists.

View global lists

Global lists are shown directly in the global lists page.

Find global list

  1. Click column header for Alias or Backoffice name

  2. Type value to search for

Add a new global list

  1. Click "+ Create global list"

  2. Set Backoffice name and Alias along with additional details

  3. Click "Save"

Edit global list

  1. Click "Edit"-icon

  2. Click "Save"

Delete global list

  1. Click "Delete"-icon

  2. Confirm deletion

Bulk delete global lists

  1. Select global lists you want to delete

  2. Click "Delete global lists"-icon

  3. Confirm deletion

Swap to grid view

Click "Grid"-icon or use the keyboard shortcut ctrl+shift+g

Swap to table view

Click "Table"-icon or use the keyboard shortcut ctrl+shift+h

Manage columns

  1. Click "Manage columns"-icon or use the keyboard shortcut ctrl+shift+c

  2. Manage columns

  3. Click "Update columns"
