Publications

The publications module of Struct PIM allows building autogenerated PDF's based on predefined templates in the system or XML exports of product data InDesign productions.

Overall, 3 types of publications can be made in Struct PIM - Single page, Multi page and Data feed.

• Single page publications are used for autogenerating one  PDF per product, for example a product sheet etc.
• Multi page publications are used for autogenerating a single complete PDF catalogues with frontpage, backside, index pages etc. for a range of products.
• Data feed publications are used for autogenerating XML files with product data and asset references that can be imported to InDesign to aid the production of catalogues in InDesign
