How to customize a Dashboard
This short tutorial goes through how widgets allow you to customize the dashboard to your liking.
Once you have opened the dashboard, you will notice it is not interactive yet. To begin, click the "edit" button in the bottom right corner.
Edit mode
In edit mode you can create, move, and customize widgets. If this is your first time using the dashboard, it may be empty, so let’s start by adding your first widget.

What are widgets
Widgets are configurable components that make up the dashboard. They make it easy to visualize key metrics such as saved searches, enrichment status, or other important information.
They help you and your team get a quick overview of key statistics, for example, products that need attention, so you can stay organized and respond to what matter most.
Customizing widgets with colors and logos makes it simple to spot the information you need at a glance.

Create a widget
In edit mode click the "add widget" button in the bottom-right corner, or right-click the dashboard and select "Add Widget".
You’ll see a variety of widgets available, each offering different features, for example, the 'Product count' widget displays the total number of products in the PIM.
Once you choose a widget, you can adjust its settings. While some options may vary depending on the widget, all widgets let you select a highlight color and an icon.

Edit a widget
You can edit a widget by clicking the three dots in the upper right corner of the widget and choosing "Settings".

Widgets can also be moved and resized, just click and hold the widget to move it, or drag the sides to adjust its width or height.
To change both dimensions simultaneously, drag from the bottom right corner to scale the widget as needed.
