# How to assign users roles and user groups

## Assigning roles and user groups to a user

While on the 'Users'-page click the user you want to assign a role and/or user group to.

This will present you with the 'Edit user'-page showing the currently assigned role(s) and user group(s) of the user.&#x20;

Remove or add new role(s) and user group(s) until you are satisfied with the users access.

Having set the correct role(s) and user group(s) click 'Save' to complete the process.
