# How to use Shortcuts

## What are shortcuts?

Struct PIM's shortcuts engine is a powerful feature that allows the user to add shortcuts to mostly anywhere within the Struct PIM 4. Shortcuts are neatly stored in folders which can be configured by the user.

Shortcuts can be found by clicking on the :bookmark:-icon in the top right corner. From here you can click on the :ellipsis-vertical:-icon to navigate to create folders. By right clicking on a folder you can rename, delete or create sub folders.
