# Permission groups

You can manage permission groups through [Settings](/reference/settings.md) > [General](/reference/settings/general.md) > [Permission groups](/reference/settings/general/permission-groups.md).

### View permission groups

Permission groups are shown directly in the permission groups page.

### Find permission group

1. Click column header for Name or Is system permission group
2. Type value to search for

### Add a new permission group

1. Click "+ Create permission group"
2. Set Name
3. Click "Save"

### Edit permission group

1. Click "Edit"-icon
2. Modify permission group details
3. Click "Save"

### Delete permission group

1. Click "Delete"-icon
2. Confirm deletion

### Swap to grid view

Click "Grid"-icon or use the keyboard shortcut ctrl+shift+g

### Swap to table view

Click "Table"-icon or use the keyboard shortcut ctrl+shift+h

### Manage columns

1. Click "Manage columns"-icon or use the keyboard shortcut ctrl+shift+c
2. Manage columns
3. Click "Update columns"
