# Global list folders

You can manage global list folders through [Settings](/reference/settings.md) > [Data models](/reference/settings/data-models.md) > [Global list folders](/reference/settings/data-models/global-list-folders.md).

### View global list folders

Global list folders are shown directly in the global list folders page.

### Find global list folders

1. Click column header for Name
2. Type value to search for

### Add a new global list folder

1. Click "+ Create global list folder"
2. Set Name
3. Click "Save"

### Edit global list folder

1. Click "Edit"-icon
2. Set Name
3. Click "Save"

### Delete global list folder

1. Click "Delete"-icon
2. Confirm deletion

### Bulk delete global list folders

1. Select the global list folders you want to delete
2. Click "Delete global list folders"-icon
3. Confirm deletion

### Swap to grid view

Click "Grid"-icon or use the keyboard shortcut ctrl+shift+g

### Swap to table view

Click "Table"-icon or use the keyboard shortcut ctrl+shift+h

### Manage columns

1. Click "Manage columns"-icon or use the keyboard shortcut ctrl+shift+c
2. Manage columns
3. Click "Update columns"
