# Attributes

You can manage attributes through [Settings](/reference/settings.md) > [Data models](/reference/settings/data-models.md) > [Attributes](/reference/settings/data-models/attributes.md).

### View attributes

Attributes are shown directly in the attributes page.

### Find attributes

1. Click column header for Alias or Attribute type
2. Type value to search for

### Add a new attribute

1. Click "+ Create attribute"
2. Set Backoffice name and Alias along with additional [details](/reference/settings/data-models/attributes/attribute-details.md)
3. Click "Save"

### Copy attribute

1. Click "Copy attribute"-icon
2. Set Backoffice name and Alias
3. Click "Copy attribute"

### Edit attribute

1. Click "Edit"-icon
2. Modify [attribute details](/reference/settings/data-models/attributes/attribute-details.md)
3. Click "Save"

### Delete attribute

1. Click "Delete"-icon
2. Confirm deletion

### View category references

Click "View category references"-icon for the attribute you want to view it for.

### Bulk set attribute scope

1. Select the attributes you want to set attribute scope for
2. Click "Update attribute scope"-icon
3. Set Attribute scopes and select operation type
4. Click "Submit"

### Bulk set attribute group

1. Select the attributes you want to set attribute group for
2. Click "Update attribute group"
3. Set Attribute group
4. Click "Submit"

### Bulk delete attributes

1. Select the attributes you want to delete
2. Click "Delete attributes"-icon
3. Confirm deletion

### Swap to grid view

Click "Grid"-icon or use the keyboard shortcut ctrl+shift+g

### Swap to table view

Click "Table"-icon or use the keyboard shortcut ctrl+shift+h

### Manage columns

1. Click "Manage columns"-icon or use the keyboard shortcut ctrl+shift+c
2. Manage columns
3. Click "Update columns"
