Workflow states

Workflow states are the states the workflow can be in.

You can add or update workflow states through Product model setup > Workflows > Workflow states.

Adding a new workflow state

1. Click the "Plus"-icon

2. Set Alias and Label along with additional details

3. Click "Confirm"

4. Click "Update Workflow"

Edit workflow state

1. Click "Edit"-icon

2. Modify the workflow state details

3. Click "Confirm"

4. Click "Update Workflow"

Delete workflow state

1. Click the "Delete"-icon

2. Select the state to move entities to

3. Click "Confirm"

4. Click "Update Workflow"
