Determines if a section is expanded or collapsed by default when loading the entity. If this option is checked the section is collapsed, if left unchecked the section is expanded by default.
Different settings are available depending on the chosen section type.

Create a new permission
Click the '+'-icon on the 'View permission- or 'Edit permission'-selector
Set Permission group, Name and Description
Click 'Create Permission'
View permission
Determines if a permission is required in order to see this section.
Edit permission
Determines if a permission is required in order to edit values in this section.
