# Identifiers

### Add an identifier to product catalogues

1. Click "Add category identifier" on the Identifiers page
2. Set alias, pattern and properties
3. Click "Save changes"

### Edit identifiers on product catalogues

1. Change the alias, pattern or properties value of the identifier you wish to edit
2. Click "Save changes"

### Delete identifiers on product catalogues

1. Click the "Trash can"-icon on the Identifiers page
2. Click "Save changes"
