# May 2026

From a more intuitive global search to a highly optimized grid editor designed for faster, smoother updates, we are actively stripping away the friction in your daily operations. We have also introduced a clear overview of translated content on fields, giving you total control over how your data is managed globally.

This month's enhancements are built to keep your environment organized, agile, and completely ready for growth. Grab a cold drink and let's dive into what's new.

### Introducing the brand new grid editor

Say goodbye to tedious, entity-by-entity updates and endless clicking.

Our brand new grid editor brings the speed and familiarity of spreadsheet-style workflows — like inline editing, copy-paste, drag-down, and pinned columns — directly into your workspace. You can now update simple values, format rich text, and manage multiple rows simultaneously across your products, variants, and categories without ever leaving the main overview.

Best of all, your changes are kept local until you hit save, giving you the ultimate flexibility to work faster at scale while keeping total control over your data structure.

### Global search

If you're tired of guessing *where* to look just because you only have a single piece of the puzzle, Global Search is about to change everything.

Drop in any value, ID, or keyword, and instantly see every single entity that holds it. No silos, no endless clicking - just the answers you need, right when you need them.

### Overview of translated content on fields

Managing product data across multiple languages and dimensions can quickly feel overwhelming. To solve this, our new translation overview lets you easily track, compare, and review active content across all your configured fields and dimensions from a single, clear view.

### Other cool things we have released this month

* We made it possible for you to manually edit the translation produced by the AI Translator.
* A new attribute completion widget.
* You can now download multiple assets in the Media archive.

**Fun Fact:** **Ronin the Rat Is Better at Finding Landmines Than Most Humans**\
When people think of heroes, they rarely imagine a giant rat.\
\
But Ronin, an African giant pouched rat working in Cambodia, recently became the first rat in history to uncover more than 100 landmines and other unexploded weapons.\
\
Since 2021, Ronin has detected 109 landmines and 15 pieces of unexploded ordnance—helping make former conflict zones safer for the people who live there.\
\
The secret isn't strength. It's **precision**.\
\
Thanks to an incredible sense of smell and careful training, Ronin can search an area the size of a tennis court in about 30 minutes. A human with a metal detector might need several days to cover the same ground.\
\
And because Ronin is so lightweight, he can walk safely across areas that would be dangerous for people. :mouse2::bomb:\
\
**Battle lesson from Ronin:** *The best solutions aren't always the biggest or loudest. Struct PIM helps teams find what matters, remove hidden risks, and bring order to complexity—so everyone can move forward with confidence.*\
\
P.S. Ronin has found over 100 landmines. Your product data probably contains fewer surprises than that. Probably.
