# March 2026

This month’s update is all about giving you a clearer view of your data and more control over how you organize it. From real-time storage insights to smarter row management, we’re making sure your PIM environment stays as organized and efficient as possible.

### Add item inline at specific position in list data

We’ve eliminated the extra steps in your workflow. Instead of adding rows to the bottom and dragging them into place, you can now insert rows directly in context. Hover over any row in a list to reveal a 'Insert above'-button and keep your momentum going.

### Allow users to monitor media storage use

Keep a pulse on your asset consumption directly from your dashboard.

We’ve introduced a new DAM Widget that provides a real-time overview of your media storage usage, ensuring you always know exactly how much space you have left.

### Cool things we added to business rules this month

1. **Make internal id accessible for select business rule actions:** It is now possible to use 'internal id' in concatenate and copy actions in business rules.
2. **Copy 'action' to another 'condition' in business rule:** It is now possible to cut or copy actions into other conditions when creating or editing business rules.
3. **Support selected sub attributes on global list value references to match on in the "Matches attribute value condition":** Business rule condition named “Matches attribute value condition” now supports selecting sub-fields on global list values.
4. **Allow catalogue as condition in Business rules like "is classified in categories":** It is now possible to use catalogues as a condition in business rules.
5. **Possible to negate created/modified by in Business rules:** New business rule condition where it is possible to validate against who did not create or modify an entity.
6. **AI Assistant run by business rule should be able to run without approval flow:** It is now possible to have AI assistant business rules auto-approve changes. This can be toggled on when settings up the action.
7. **Grouping of business rules:** Business rules can now be organized into individual folders like global lists. Folders support multiple levels. Folders can be created where you maintain your Business rules today, under Settings > Data governance > Business rules folders.

**Fun Fact: A Quiet Tribute to Chuck Norris**\
\
Some fun facts are loud.\
This one is a bit quieter.\
\
We’ve all heard the stories about Chuck Norris.\
\
That he counted to infinity. Twice.\
That he doesn’t do push-ups — he pushes the world down.\
\
**They make us smile.**\
\
But they also point to something more.\
\
A kind of calm strength.\
Consistency.\
Showing up, again and again.\
\
The kind of presence where things just feel… steady. :ninja:\
\
**Battle lesson from Chuck Norris:** *when things are clear, consistent, and well-structured, everything works a little better.*\
\
P.S. They say Chuck Norris never had messy product data. It simply knew better — almost like it had passed through something designed to keep things in order.
