Welcome to our changelog. This release adds attribute alias in attribute webhooks, custom search actions as an extension point, feed and HTML optimizations in publications, image hotspots, PowerPoint, culture mode, interactive communication, multi-format templates, data model config, publication info and asset linking.

New Feature

1. Support creating hotspots on images: It is now possible to create hotspots on images. This can be done through Settings > Asset types > Hotspot definitions. (Requires Premium licence or above). (SP-1973)

2. Support creating link for assets: It is now possible to create links for assets, which can be sent to external users. This link can be public or require a login, additionally a timeframe for how long the link is active can be defined. (SP-405)

Enhancement

1. Enable multi file-format support for data template: Multi file-format is now supported for data templates. (SP-1026)

2. Add culture mode to publication to enable specific culture for auto formatting of date/numbers: Culture mode has been added to publications to enable specific culture for auto formatting of dates and numbers. (SP-1726)

3. Support powerpoint in Publications: Added support for constructing power point presentations directly from PIM entities. Supports text, assets and transactions. (SP-1870)

4. Include attribute alias in attribute webhook events: Attribute alias is now included in attribute webhook events. (SP-2090)

Bug

1. Ensure supportable image format for elements in publication: We now ensure supportable image formats for elements in Publication. (SP-1723)

2. Segmentation not included in Export Publication through UI: Segmentation was not included in Export Publications through the UI. This has been fixed. (SP-1944)

3. Print publication missing variants and/or variant groups: Variants and variant groups was missing from print publications. This has been fixed. (SP-2091)

Task

1. Optimize html element line-break rendering: HTML element line-break rendering has been optimized for publications. (SP-1811)

2. Optimize large feed generation: Generation of large feeds has been optimized. (SP-2027)

3. Add configuration for data model in Publications: Configuration for data models has been added in Publications. (SP-959)

Feature request

1. FR: Add Publication information to Publication output.: Publication output now contains additional information about the publicatio, like Uid, Name and RootCategoryId. (SP-1468)
